In our rapidly changing digital world, cyber-attacks are becoming more common. To better protect your data on Shell Fleet Hub, we are introducing the 2-Step Authentication login model (2SA). You are now able to log in the platform using this additional security feature.

IMPORTANT: this feature will become mandatory by the end of the year 2024. 

What is 2SA?

2SA is a two-layered security process that requires two forms of verification before granting access to your SFH account.

First step -  the username and password (as usual). Second step - a unique verification code sent via a chosen method.

While verification codes can be sent via SMS and email, we highly recommend the first option.
