In our rapidly changing digital world, cyber-attacks are becoming more common. To better protect your data on Shell Fleet Hub, we are introducing the 2-Factor Authentication login model (2FA) which is now mandatory to all the platform users.
What is 2FA?
2FA is a two-layered security process that requires two forms of verification before granting access to your SFH account.
First factor - the username and password (as usual). Second factor - a unique verification code sent via a chosen method.
While verification codes can be sent via SMS and email, we highly recommend the first option.
Why SMS instead of email?
How to activate 2FA?
Activating this additional feature is super simple and you can do it just in a few minutes. Log in to Shell Fleet Hub and follow our simple guide to get started today!
NEW! To make login to SFH portal even easier and quicker Shell has introduced the paswordless access.
With passwordless authentication you will no longer need to enter your password and code manually. Instead, you can log in using biometric authentication (face or fingerprint) or a PIN.
Make sure that your device supports this function and set up a paswordless login in a few easy steps.
What happens if multiple people use the same Shell Fleet Hub account?
We recommend creating individual accounts for each user to avoid login issues. The verification code then will be sent to each user individually.
Follow the information below to easily set up new user account.
